Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Taiwan: In-stock items ship within 7 business days. Convenience store pickup takes approximately 3–5 days, while postal delivery takes 1–2 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

International: Delivery times vary by region. Asia takes about 7–14 days, while the Americas and Europe take 14–21 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! Barkley's adventures know no borders. We support worldwide shipping, with shipping costs calculated based on your delivery address.

 

Note: International orders may incur import duties/taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is the fabric feel of the T-shirts? Do they lose their shape easily?

Our T-shirts are made from high-quality, heavy-duty 100% cotton. They are soft and comfortable to the touch. The heavyweight fabric ensures the shirt maintains its structured fit and resists stretching or deforming, even after multiple washes.

How do I choose the right size?

Every apparel product page includes a detailed size chart (S–XL). We recommend measuring a comfortable garment you already own while it's laid flat and comparing those measurements to our size chart.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

Returns & Exchanges

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience! Please take a photo of the defect and contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process a return or exchange for you as quickly as possible, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Can I return or exchange an item if it's not defective?

For non-defective items, you may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unopened and unused. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You may contact customer service to modify your order before it has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled; you will need to follow the standard return process.

My acrylic items (magnets/keychains) look cloudy or scratched. Is this normal?

Don't worry! To protect the product, all acrylic surfaces come with a transparent protective film. Simply peel off the film to reveal the bright, glossy finish underneath!
