Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods
We offer home delivery service. Coverage includes Taiwan (main island and outlying islands). Actual shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Taiwan (main island): Free shipping on orders over NT$999. Orders under NT$999: NT$80 shipping fee.
- Outlying islands: NT$150 flat rate (no free shipping threshold).
- International shipping: Available. Rates are calculated based on destination at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Taiwan (general areas): 1–3 business days.
- Taiwan (remote/outlying islands): 3–5 business days.
- Asia: 7–14 business days.
- Americas/Europe: 14–21 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions.
Please Note
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. Re-delivery fees caused by incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
