Thank you for purchasing from Barkley! We hope you love every item. If you need to return or exchange a product, please refer to the following guidelines.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact (including tags, accessories, and gifts).
  • Items that show signs of human-caused damage, stains, missing accessories, or any condition that affects resale will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal items such as stickers and pouches.
  • Customized or pre-order items.
  • Items opened due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size selection).

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm.
  3. Once confirmed, please ship the item back to the designated address. Return shipping is at the customer's expense (except for defective items).
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.
